What Forms of Payments Do You Accept?

     All of our prices are in U.S. dollars only.  We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept payments through Paypal, a secure, fast and widely used payment processing system.  By signing into your Paypal account, you may use Paypal to pay with credit card, bank transfer or e-check.  Money orders and checks are also accepted, keeping in mind that your order will not ship until your payment has cleared.  To pay by check or money order, please fill out our printable Customer Order Form, located on our contact page. Are there any Sales Tax?

The current sales tax rate of 7.75% is charged to all orders shipped within California regardless of your billing address. Residents outside of California are tax free!


What if my item is on Backorder?

     While we do our best to keep all Sidity items in stock, there may be a time when an item you’ve ordered is not immediately available.  We may have sold out faster than our inventory system can update the website.  We will notify you by email within 48 hours of the availability and expected ship date for that item or provide you with available replacement options. 

(At that time you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if so desired).

     If you have placed an order to include several items, the items that are in stock will be shipped based on our shipping policy.  Once the Backordered item is available we will ship it via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail at no additional charges.


What are your Shipping Methods and Costs?

At this time we only ship and bill orders to customers within the United States and Canada.
International orders will be available in the near future.

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped by First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service).  All items in stock are shipped within two business days after the order is placed.  Once shipped, First Class Mail and Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days to reach its destination.  Express Mail is guaranteed to take 1-2 business days, with most shipments arriving the next day.  You will be provided with a confirmation number for tracking purposes.

           All orders shipped to Canada are shipped by First Class Mail, Global Priority Mail, or Global Express Mail via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). All items in stock are shipped within two business days after the order is placed.  Once shipped, First Class Mail and Global Priority Mail takes 6-10 business days to reach its destination.  Global Express Mail takes 3-5 business days to reach its destination.  You will be provided with a confirmation number for tracking purposes.

Do You Provide Gift Wrapping?

Each product is ready for gift giving.  Products are wrapped in a clear polybag and tied with a chocolate & pink grosgrain ribbon.  Sidity tags are attached and Sidity stickers are included.


How do I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be canceled within one hour of placing your order.  If you would like to cancel an order please call us at 909.486.7972 or send an email to shop@sidity.com.  We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.  However, items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must then follow our Return Policy.


How do I Track My Order?

Once your order is placed you should receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. This email will contain your Tracking # which can be used at www.USPS.com to track the status of your order.


What is your Return Policy and Damage Claims?

Returns will be accepted for refund only within 14 days of receipt of products, NO EXCEPTIONS!  Items must be returned in original and unused condition with tags attached.   Please allow 2-3 business days from receipt of return for Refunds to be credited (minus shipping costs), to the original form of payment.  If a NEW item is desired, please follow the instructions for returns listed then place a NEW order for the NEW item.  When returning an item, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the item, unless the product(s) received was damaged or wrong item received.  Please inspect your purchases immediately as damage claims must be made within 4 days of receipt of products, NO EXCEPTIONS!  Please send an email to shop@sidity.com or call us at 909.486.7972 to report any Returns or Damage Claims.  Next, completely fill out a return form, make a copy of your packing slip or invoice and mail both back with item being returned to:

We highly recommend that returns utilize insurance or tracking services from the shipping company of your choice, as we can not take responsibility for returns that do not reach us.

What is Your Privacy Policy?

At www.Sidity.com we have a commitment to privacy.  We value our customers and respect their privacy.  We do not sell, loan, rent or distribute any of your personal/billing information including email addresses to third parties.  The information we collect is used solely to process your order.  We do not store or save any of your personal information on our site once the transaction is completed.  Protecting the safety of your credit card (personal) information is important to us.  We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.  SSL is the gold standard in internet encryption technology.  It is a highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our website’s servers.  To make sure you are accessing our secure server when placing an order, after entering in your billing information and before submitting personal financial information, look at the lower left hand corner of your browser.  If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active.  To double check for security, look  at  the URL of your browser if you have accessed a secure server, the first characters of the address in that line should change from “http” to “https”, the “s” stands for secure.

Our site may contain links to other websites, and we cannot and are not responsible for maintaining your privacy once you leave our site.  We attempt to only link to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy.  If you provide any information to parties who operate websites that are linked to or from this site, different rules apply to their collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information.  We encourage you to review other websites’ policies before revealing any sensitive or personal information.  Under no circumstances shall we have any liabilities conducted by or at any website accessed from or through the site.
